If you have an account with us, you’ll be able to view the status of your orders, check to see if your PDFs are up to date, and update those that need it. You’ll also be able to post to the discussion forums.
Keep up-to-date in real time. We offer a site-wide RSS feed, where you can track announcements of new books and articles. If you have an account, you’ll also have your own personal RSS feed that gives you up-to-the minute information on your orders, books, and PDFs. You can also go right to our announcements and news and see some of our stellar reviews around the web.
We try to put all the articles and presentations that we write online. Dave and Andy also blog regularly: the links are on the About Us page. You’ll find all the author’s blogs and our mailing lists on the Connect! page. And listen to our authors and editors on our podcasts page.
We run discussion forums for each of our books (as well as some general site-wise discussions). Anyone can read the entries, but you have to be logged in to post. You can keep up with interesting topics using the forum’s RSS feed.
We’re old fashioned: we still handle all our own support. Our Support page suggests how you can go about resolving issues. You can also always look at the FAQ to see if you can get your issue resolved immediately. This is a great place to look if you have questions about PDFs and other forms of our books, returns, volume discounts, and more.
