Sorry for the long wait between the initial release and this beta. It wasn’t that things were moving so slowly it was that they were moving so quickly and the editor decided to keep moving forward rather than halt the process to issue a beta. In any case, sorry about that but this beta includes the entire book. The book has been through technical review but has not been copy edited or typeset yet. If you find some errors with the content, we’d appreciate you submitting an errata. In this release we’ve added chapters on Sets and Dictionaries, Algorithms, Searching and Sorting, Object-Oriented Programming, GUIs, and an introduction to working with databases.
