First printing.

This is the final beta. Index and copy edit are complete. Now, it’s on to layout and then the printer.

In this update, edits and revisions have been added based on reviewer feedback, and the code has been corrected to fix some errors reported by beta readers.

This update completes the book; we’ve added the remaining five chapters, along with two appendices. The code has also been corrected and updated.

Initial beta release.
