Rachel works as an agile coach helping teams adopt and improve their agile delivery capability.

She has over 20 years software development experience and is director of Industrial Logic Europe.

Along with technical practices, like TDD and Refactoring, she advocates Retrospectives, as a tool to help teams improve the way they work.

Rachel served as a board director of not-for-profit Agile Alliance for 7 years and as conference chair of Agile2008, she brought an agile approach to organizing “a conference for the agile community, created by the agile community”.

She’s also an long time member of Extreme Tuesday Club in London.
