157	ERROR	Figure 44 - “test” compares ref_id an instance_id values, however, they will only ever match with additional condition such as “contains” or substring, because the instance_id values are prefixed with language. For example ref_id=“01” and instance_id=“en-01”.
172	ERROR	XML-file on page 172 is not well-formed and therefore won’t be processed by any XSLT-processor. It’s a strange idea (and also wrong) to mix XML and XSLT in one single file. Omit the starting and end tags of all XSLT tags within the -elements and the example will work properly.
38	ERROR	The book says: java -jar C:/Saxon/Saxon6-5-5/saxon.jar -o output.xml accounts.xml streamline.xsl That doesn’t work on my machine. Looking at the Saxon site the -o can’t be -o[space]filename, but -o:filename.
17	ERROR	`tag is not understood in WMHelp XmlPad` `No idea at that moment in learning curve from book what to write there. Result is whole record is displayed, not the postalcode when i remove the tag`
