Historical errata for Lean from the Trenches

It seems that there should be a link to references. But that page is missing. See “More on that in my other book Kanban and Scrum: Making the Most of Both [KS09].”

The same at page 56 “[DL06]”, page 144 “[KS09]”, and page 146 “[Sen94]”.

There is no Bibliography chapter at the end of the book.

In the first sentence after the picture of the feature teams, the first occurrence of the word “team” should be plural. It should say, “…, and one of the teams meets at 9:15 …”

In the first paragraph of section 14.3, second sentence, there is a missing word “a” before the word “whole”. It should say, “… how the features fit together as a whole, …”.
